The Special Investigation Team of ‘Sprouts’ recently discovered evidence indicating that the Mayor of Mumbai, Kishori Pednekar, obtained a bogus Ph.D. during her tenure. This discovery has sparked a further investigation into the involvement of the Empower Social and Educational Trust and its President, Ghanshyam Kolambe.

This swindler took up a bogus Ph.D. distribution program through a bogus university called The American University, USA. In this event, this swindler also gave a bogus Ph.D. to the then-Mayor Kishori Pednekar.
Madhu Krishan, a self-proclaimed vice chancellor of this bogus university was also present on this occasion.

A fake certificate was also given to Kishori Pednekar on this occasion. This bogus university and trust logo is also printed on this certificate.
